Al-Muṭaffifīn 83:30

وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾

And when they passed them by they would wink at each other.

Exegesis

Yataghāmazūn is from the root word ghamaza, which means to wink as a sign to ridicule someone. In this context, the transgressors wink at each other when they see the believers to scorn and deride them.1
