وَيُطافُ عَلَيهِم بِآنِيَةٍ مِن فِضَّةٍ وَأَكوابٍ كانَت قَواريرا

They will be served around with vessels of silver and goblets of crystal.

EXEGESIS

Akwāb (goblets) is the plural of kūb which is a cup with no handle or spout.^{‎[su_tooltip content=”Lisan, 1/729.”][1][/su_tooltip]} A goblet is an example of such a cup.
