إِنَّما أَنتَ مُنذِرُ مَن يَخشاها

You are only a warner for those who fear it.

Those who fear it refers to anyone who experiences fear or concern when warned about the Day of Judgement.^{‎[1]Mizan‎, 20/197.}

EXPOSITION

The mission of the Prophet is to warn people of it regardless of its appointed time of which he has no knowledge.^{‎[2]Mizan‎, 20/197; Razi, 31/51.} In reality, this warning is particularly for those who will take heed to it (36:11, 50:37, 50:45).^{‎[3]Qurtubi, 20/210.}
