تَعرِفُ في وُجوهِهِم نَضرَةَ النَّعيمِ
You will perceive in their faces the freshness of bliss.
EXEGESIS
Naḍrah means glamour and lustre. It is mentioned only in two other places in the Quran to describe the faces of the believers (75:22, 76:11) in the context of the Day of Judgement.
EXPOSITION
The Day of Judgement is described as a day, frowning and fateful (ʿabūsan qamṭarīra) (76:10). Having faces that show glamour and lustre (naḍrah) reflects the state of comfort, happiness, and winning which comes from the rewards and bliss attained on such a difficult day. Also, the lustre may be resulting from what they are observing and looking at on that tremendous day.
