Insights from Other Traditions

Insight from other traditions tries to provide the reader with similar concepts, statements, and accounts found in other religions which are closely linked to the content of the Quranic verse. The aim is not to analyse past scriptures, or include long sections or stories of the Bible or other religious literature, but to merely quote certain scriptural records which invoke the same ideas and concepts conveyed by the verse. Obviously, it is not possible to include similar statements from all faiths and religions in this section, so we have restricted ourselves mainly to the Bible, the Gospel, and some other major faiths.
