فَأَينَ تَذهَبونَ

EXPOSITION

This verse is in the form of chiding and censure, intending to say to the unbelievers that when the messenger is neither mad nor niggardly with respect to guidance and all that is revealed to him, and is furthermore a person well known to all of you, where the guidance he shares with you is confirmed not to originate from a satanic source, rather it is the speech of a trusted, powerful, and noble messenger whom Muhammad (s), a man whom you know so intimately, saw on the manifest horizon, then why do you oppose him and belie him?^{‎[1]Mizan, 20/219-220.}
